Breathwork meditation, also known as pranayama yoga, is an active breathing technique that uses the breath to release stuck energy, limiting beliefs, and stored emotions while cleansing the mind, body, and soul. The breath is able to reach the places of our being that our words cannot access and therefore healing is not limited by ego or verbal expression. You’ll leave this guided self-healing session feeling lighter, brighter, and renewed.

HOW DO I DRESS?
Please dress comfortably as you will be laying down on the floor. You will be asked to take off your shoes, so please wear socks if that will be more comfortable.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Yoga Mat
Water
And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
Journal & Pen
An open mind and willingness to try something new!
