Breathwork meditation, also known as pranayama yoga, is an active breathing technique that uses the breath to release stuck energy, limiting beliefs, and stored emotions while cleansing the mind, body, and soul. The breath is able to reach the places of our being that our words cannot access and therefore healing is not limited by ego or verbal expression. You’ll leave this guided self-healing session feeling lighter, brighter, and renewed.

THIS IF FOR YOU IF:

  • You’re feeling stuck, uncomfortable, or disconnected from your body

  • You want to feel better from the inside out- fast!

  • You can’t quite figure out why you’re feeling so trapped in relationship, career, or emotional patterning that no longer serves you

  • You’ve been carrying the burden of unprocessed, unhealed pain or trauma

  • You’re experiencing physical ailment or discomfort

  • You’d like to have a transcendent experience of self while getting grounded, centered, and revitalized

  • You’re ready to release energy blocks and heal yourself naturally

  • You want (okay, need!) a break from the fast-paced modern world

HOW DO I DRESS?

Please dress comfortably as you will be laying down on the floor. You will be asked to take off your shoes, so please wear socks if that will be more comfortable.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water

  • And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)

  • Journal & Pen

  • An open mind and willingness to try something new!

Please note doors will open at 5:45PM and will close at 6:10PM. To preserve the integrity of the healing experience for all participants, no late arrivals will be permitted to enter the event.
