THE INTUITIVE SESSION PROCESS
THE PREPARATION
Before every session, I spend 20 minutes in meditation preparing for our time together. I connect with and read your energy, consult with your guides, and channel messages that are coming through for you. Topics that are commonly explored include purpose, big decisions, relationships, finances, career, health, and spirituality.
THE EXPERIENCE
I’ll open our session with a prayer of intention to ground and protect our space. I’ll then share what came up in my meditation- going though each message in detail and sharing the guidance Spirit has for you. The conversation is co-created and you’re encouraged to ask questions along the way. All sessions are recorded and sent to you so that you can listen back and reference them whenever you need to.
THE OUTCOME
You’ll leave the session with CLARITY and a better understanding of where you are currently, how you got here, and what steps you can take to get to where you want to be. I often share additional resources (books, podcasts, teachers) that might help you in your journey. You’ll feel unstuck, lighter, more grounded, and infinitely supported…because you are.

INTER·CONNECT | THE GROUP INTUITIVE Session
Before the call, I'll meditate on your question to receive the messages coming through for you and the group. At the time of the call, we will meet on Zoom and I will spend about 5 minutes answering each person's question. You'll receive your guidance, as well as additional messages from what is shared with the group. The call will be recorded and sent to you so you can listen back for deeper understanding and integration.
INTER·CONNECT | WEEKLY INTUITIVE READINGS
These readings are shared regularly on Instagram. Before the reading I channel 3 specific messages. I begin by sharing general guidance for the collective and giving an energetic forecast & update. You’ll then get clear on your question and you’ll choose which of the three messages will answer you question. They’re always available on-demand, so you can use this guidance whenever a question arises.
