By accessing this website, scheduling, requesting any services offered by Angelica Ray, or when communicating with Angelica Ray, and/or paying for any services she offers, you are stating that you have read this disclaimer and terms of service, and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

The purpose of these services offered are to motivate, enlighten and inspire personal growth, common sense, morals, and good judgment, to take accountability for our own actions and choices, and to use higher knowledge and logic for better decisions by use of my skills, training and insight.

Angelica Ray offers a high level of accuracy in her readings, and has a lifetime of experience interpreting the spiritual messages she receives and the energy vibrations she reads, but 100% accuracy can never be guaranteed. Nothing is definite. Your own free will, choices and decisions you make, and the nature of life itself can alter the course of your life path, future and destiny. Any psychic advisor or clairvoyant who guarantees 100% accuracy is being less than honest. Also, note that anything that can be foreseen can be changed, improved or prevented.

Fees for services must be received prior to your scheduled reading via the prescribed methods.

None of your information is ever shared with third parties. No personal information or session information is ever sold, rented, or discussed. All information is kept private and confidential. When you give your personal information to Angelica Ray or through AngelicaRay.com this information is not shared with any other third parties at any time.

Refunds, Late Arrivals, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment with 48 hours written notice. If you cancel with 48 hours notice, payment will be refunded promptly in the manner in which it was received. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be issued a 50% credit that can be used towards a future appointment. No-shows will be charged the full price of the appointment.

Additionally, all appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the scheduled session does not start on time, the session time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.
